This is achieved primarily through a central property database developed exclusively for Member Firms and their agents. This database is used by Member Firms to cooperatively market PROPERTIES FOR SALE OR RENT.
The database, in total, contains approximately 17,000 active listings, over 580,000 off market listings used by members for comparables, approximately 1700 active rental listings and over 600,000 property tax records from 12 cities.
